Refund Policy

Returns or refunds will only be accepted under the following exceptional circumstances:

- The product arrives damaged or with visible manufacturing defects.

- The design was misprinted or applied incorrectly.

- The product received is in a different size than the one ordered.

If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Please note:

- We cannot accept returns for sizing errors if the size ordered matches the size delivered.

- We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

- Customized products cannot be returned for reasons other than those listed above.
